The Problem

SMS platforms are bleeding you dry

Here's what you're really paying when you use Twilio, MessageBird, or any SMS API

~$0.10 per SMS

Send 1,000 messages? That's $100. Send 10,000? $1,000. Every month. For text messages.

Random sender numbers

Messages come from numbers your customers don't recognize. They ignore them or mark them as spam.

Your data on their servers

Your contact list, message content, and customer data all live on someone else's infrastructure.

How It Works

Your phone becomes the gateway

A simple 3-step setup that replaces expensive SMS providers forever

1

Install the system

Set up Odoo (free, open-source CRM) on your server. Import your contacts and create SMS templates.

2

Connect your phone

Install the Android app (APK). It connects your phone to the system and turns your SIM into the sending engine.

3

Launch campaigns

Create segments, write your message, hit send. The SMS goes out from your real number at zero extra cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

An Android phone with an active SIM card and a mobile plan that includes SMS. That's it on the hardware side — the phone becomes your gateway. For the Done-For-You package I'll also need access to your system to configure everything.

Your Android phone connects to the system through the app. When you launch a campaign, the messages are sent through your phone's own SIM — so they go out from your real number, and you only pay your normal carrier plan instead of a per-message fee to other providers (they charge around $0.10/sms).

You can set your own daily limit in the system. Keep in mind the real limit is your mobile carrier — phones and SIMs aren't built for unlimited bulk sending. This works best for transactional messages, reminders, and your own opted-in contacts. Cold SMS works too. Our carrier gets us 10k/month limit.

Yes. You can set campaigns to run daily, weekly, or monthly, and the scheduler handles the rest. It also auto-skips contacts you've messaged within a chosen number of days, so you don't spam the same people or burn through your list.

It can be very powerful for marketing — SMS has a 90% open rate. But be smart about it. Many countries also require consent for marketing SMS (GDPR in the EU).

Currently it is compatible with Odoo 18 SMS marketing (I will give you a tutorial how to run it and use it) but I can also create a plugin for different systems if necessary.

If something doesn't work as described, I'll fix it for you. I can also do extra customization for you if you need.

Yes — you can connect multiple phones and assign templates to each one, which also lets you spread out your sending volume. There is no limit to how many phones you connect to the system, it will automatically load-balance messages.

Your contacts and messages stay in your system (hosted by you) and go through your own phone — you're not handing your database to a third-party SMS provider. You stay in full control.

No. I provide a full tutorial on installing Odoo (free and open-source) and setting up the required modules — even if you've never used it before. All you need is an Android phone with a SIM card, I will explain the rest.

Honestly, probably not the DIY package — it needs a VPS server and some advanced setup. But that's exactly what the Done-With-You and Done-For-You packages are for: I handle the technical part with you or for you, so you don't have to.
